If you’re hiring a disc jockey / DJ for your wedding reception, there is something important that you may want to keep in mind. In fact, this article is something that you may want to read and consider before signing a wedding DJ contract.
What is tragic about the current state of the economy is that it is also affecting and many times adversely impacting many DJs and Disc Jockey companies. Perhaps even more importantly, today’s economy may be distressing larger DJ entertainment companies more than it is the smaller DJ entertainment providers. When operating any type of substantial business operation, it’s often all about obtaining credit or in other words, it’s all about the debt. Typically, the smaller the company, the less debt! Presently, many large companies and corporations are unable to obtain the credit financing they need to stay in business; hence, some companies are simply going bankrupt and in turn, many of these companies are going out of business. Although no company can control the economy, a smaller company is more likely to be able to control its debt, and also more likely to be able to maintain an emergency fund. Knowing this information simply adds to Horizon Entertainment’s motivation and continued commitment to never use debt to finance our business.
